We try to make the classes sociable but balance that with smaller groups to enable us to have more one on one contact with each member to enable you to learn and develop your skills. Most class sizes range between 8 to 10 people however we can cater for much larger classes if required for a private booking.

We say to allow 3 hours from beginning to end for each class. This will give you ample time to enjoy a welcome drink, browse the shop for gifts and meet with your other classmates. The tuition part of the classes can last up to 2 hours to give you enough time to perfect your arrangement and make sure you are happy with everything before you leave.

All our classes are designed for a beginner with no previous experience. If you have attended one of our classes before then you can use any familiar information as a refresher opportunity in your experience at the workshop.

Your booking includes everything you will need and there is no requirement to bring additional items or tools for the workshop. Your booking also includes one complimentary drink either alcoholic or non-alcoholic from our bar and nibbles. You are welcome to purchase additional drinks and refreshments from our bar. We also have other gifts available in the shop which you might like to purchase as well.

We will contact each booking 14 days before your class to remind you of your final balance. Your remaining balance must be paid between 14 and 7 days before your class. You can pay this in-store, over the phone, or we can send you a payment link on email. If your remaining balance is not paid within 7 days of your class, we reserve the right to re-book your space to another customer and your booking will be canceled.

You can either book classes as an individual and reserve one space at a time, alternatively you can make a group booking for all of your friends however there will need to be one point of payment and contact for the group. So if you are in charge of your group booking you will need to arrange with the other members in the group how they are going to pay you.

If you cannot make it to a class that you have booked a place for, please let us know ASAP. Each £10 booking fee is non-refundable, however, where possible, we will try to move your booking to another class. If no other classes are available we will offer you a DIY wreath kit which you can have delivered at home.
